2) My Best Self

Having a solid sense of self is the foundation of leadership. Using reflection and feedback from others, participants will gain greater insight into who they are when they are at their best.

3) Authenticity and Personal Expression

Every great leader has spent time thinking about and building a personal brand they are proud of. This module will guide participants in developing and defining their own values-based brand as a leader, so their actions align with their values across various settings

4) Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Understanding and managing emotions, both your own and those of others, is crucial for effective leadership. In this module, participants will develop their own social emotional intelligence and learn how to create psychological safety wherever they go.

5) Communicating Like the Leader You Are

Communication is so much more than just the words we say and hear. Participants will build on their communication skills, such as public speaking, active listening, nonverbal communication, and feedback. They will also learn strategies to manage conflict effectively.

6) Storytelling for Impact

Knowing how to share your story isn't as straightforward as one may think. Within this module, participants will learn key components of what contributes to effective storytelling and have the opportunity to craft and present their personal story.
