In the Lead programs are innovative leadership and character-building programs for youth who may be struggling to see, use and believe in their natural leadership abilities.
Many of the youth that we work with are navigating difficult challenges in their lives and facing many systemic barriers. This can get in the way of the youth seeing themselves as leaders who have strengths and value to offer to their communities.
We help young people to find what is strong in their lives through curriculum, program activities and positive adult mentorship that is proven to build resilience, reduce risk and nurture community connections.
Our approach is always strength focused;
seeing beyond what’s wrong to nurture what’s strong.

We work within high school settings as an extra-curricular opportunity for the unlikely and unseen leaders in those communities.
In the Lead 180 is an innovative leadership and character-building program for youth involved in the justice system who show leadership potential.
